Healing from sugar addiction is more pleasurable than you think…
If you are here and reading this, you’ve probably tried a lot of methods to change or control your eating habits, particularly around sugar and carbs, and yet, you are still struggling with whatever habits you are trying to change.
I get it. We can hold on tightly, trying to force change, and it works for a little while. We feel good, and like we can stick to new habits.
But that kind of willpower and deprivation is exhausting and unsustainable.
So after a little while, you dive headfirst back into a pint of Ben & Jerry’s or a package of Oreos (or insert your go-to’s) and end up in some kind of shame spiral of negative self talk and berating yourself for being weak, gluttonous, or without ‘enough’ or ‘any’ self control, and probably feeling like you’ll never be able to get a handle on your sugar habit.
On some level, you know your sugar binges aren’t really about the sugar. That there’s something deeper going on. That you’re trying to avoid or soothe or numb something, and sugar is the tool you’re using. And that’s ok.

All those attempts weren’t failures. They were practice, and experimentation. You learned that your previous approaches didn’t work. I know that, because if they did work, you wouldn’t be here.

The Conscious Sugar Council (CSC) approach to healing your relationship with sugar combines acoustic sound therapy and food energetics to reorganize your patterns around eating.
